西安邁科商業中心為鋼框架中心支撐及腰桁架全鋼結構體系，為中國首座全鋼結構雙子塔建筑。空中連橋為本工程一大亮點，重約650噸，采用地面拼裝、電腦控制液壓同步提升就位工藝，為中國第一個超百米異形空中連橋提升工程。
